Space Planning and Interior Design. Selection and specification of materials and finishes. Production drawings, detailing and Specifications. Detail schedules, selection of furniture, fittings and fixtures. Monitoring of quality and adherence to details and specifications by suppliers, subcontractors and completion inspection.

Supply of construction materials, equipment and appliances. Supply of MEP fittings, interior fittings, equipment and appliances.
Consultant: General contractor
Construction of civil works; sub-structure to roof level. Installation and supervision of MEP and specialised fittings. Installation and supervision of interior and final fittings, equipment and appliances.
